Description

Big Feelings, Little Body – An Introduction to Emotional Regulation for Parents of Toddlers and Preschoolers

A practical workshop on how to start building a feelings vocabulary using everyday experiences. You’ll also learn how to pick and read picture books to build skills in fun, engaging and effective ways.

Social emotional intelligence is a hot topic right now. Let’s dig into how it’s a key component of modern parenting and why you never learned it, so you can take away that parent guilt!!

You’ll leave with some tools you can start implementing right away.

This is for parents who are:

  • Finding it hard to keep their cool and regulate themselves
  • Finding it hard to support their child with their big feelings: tantrums, screaming, whining, hiding, running away…
  • Wanting to learn how to build tools for feelings using proven methods that work

Please Note: One ticket is good for two caregivers.
