Description

We have all heard about our pelvic floor at some point! But what is it? And what impact does pregnancy and birth have on Your pelvic floor?

Come and learn the basics of pelvic floor health, taught by one of our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists!

We will provide you with prenatal exercises, labour tips, optimal pushing practices AND postnatal recovery tips.

This workshop is for anyone who is preparing for birth, whether it’s your first child or your fifth.

Finally…we love how supportive your partners are, however, in order for our participants to feel like they can freely ask questions, this workshop is for birthing people only. Thank you for your understanding.  ❤️
