Description

This class is held both Online and In-Person, but not both at once! Please be sure to carefully verify your format (Online vs. In-Person) and if you choose in-person, also make sure to verify your location (Toronto vs. Newmarket) when you register.

We have all heard about our pelvic floor at some point! But what is it? And what impact does pregnancy and birth have on Your pelvic floor?

Come and learn the basics of pelvic floor health, taught by one of our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists!

We will provide you with prenatal exercises, labour tips, optimal pushing practices AND postnatal recovery tips.

This workshop is for anyone who is preparing for birth, whether it’s your first child or your fifth.

Finally…we love how supportive your partners are, however, in order for our participants to feel like they can freely ask questions, this workshop is for birthing people only. Thank you for your understanding.  ❤️

Oona's studio mask policy
