Join us for an in-person gentle parent/caregiver and baby yoga class or series – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Classes are one hour long, and limited to 8 participants per class. You will get individual attention, and make some new parent friends while you’re at it!
Parent/Caregiver & Baby Yoga is best suited for mamas, parents and caregivers with pre-mobile children.
Please note that babies are not used as props in class – they hang out/rest/snooze/etc. while you do your class.
