Sasha Rennick-Purcell, MSW, RSW, is a dedicated social worker and sleep consultant specializing in infants and young children. With a passion for improving the well-being of families, Sasha is passionate about providing support, guidance, and solutions to parents struggling with their child’s sleep patterns. Through her empathetic approach and extensive knowledge, Sasha has helped many families achieve peaceful and restful nights.
Sasha’s personal journey as a sleep deprived new mother 7 years ago fueled her dedication to becoming a sleep consultant. In those early months, she experienced the sleepless nights, confusion, and frustration that can accompany parenting a young child with sleep difficulties that so many are familiar with. She sought education and training to truly learn the nuances of infant and child sleep and now has a household that sleeps without tears, power struggles or constant wakeups.
As a social worker, Sasha believes in the power of building strong, supportive relationships with families. She knows how difficult life can be when you’re sleep deprived and she strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your concerns and challenges openly. By working collaboratively, Sasha helps you develop personalized sleep plans that align with your values and parenting styles. Sasha does not take a “one size fits all” approach to sleep but she customizes her approach based on your family’s goals, values and culture and child development.
Sasha’s ultimate goal is to empower families and ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive through restful and rejuvenating sleep. Sasha truly believes in the power of sleep and that all families are capable of achieving truly restful sleep.
Sasha’s services may be covered by your insurance policy under “Social Worker” benefits – we recommend that you call your insurance provider to confirm.
