For Amanda, movement is medicine. Amanda’s journey into health and wellness came at a time where life was throwing many curve balls. Amanda found yoga and resonated so much with the discipline of breath, focus and movement that she was inspired to become a certified yoga teacher and share its benefits with others.
Amanda specializes in Perinatal Fitness and Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hiit and Weight Training and is also a Reiki practitioner. She is trained and certified in all modalities. She is honoured to guide people through movement in a safe and supportive environment.
Amanda is motivated by the healing power of movement, mindfulness and breath work. She is proud and honoured to guide Perinatal women in movement to encourage strength and focus with a balance of release and prepare them for before, during and after birth.
In Amanda’s classes you will experience safe movement delivered with compassion, support and encouragement.
When Amanda isn’t studying and teaching movement, she also works behind the chair as a hairstylist, shares movement in the community at other studios and wellness centres and enjoys being outdoors, creating art and spending time with family and friends.
