Physiotherapist - Pelvic and Orthopaedic

As a Mom of twin boys and their new baby brother, Kirsten understands the unique challenges that come with being a mom of multiples and the importance of empowering  women to achieve the goals that matter to them. 

Using her background as an athlete, orthopedic and pelvic physiotherapist, Kirsten specializes in helping pregnant and postpartum people stay active and healthy during their pregnancies and beyond. 

Kirsten is a pelvic health and orthopaedic physiotherapist. Graduating from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. She has completed extensive training in treating pelvic floor conditions, and she is uniquely trained in pessary fitting and dispensing to help conservatively manage prolapse.
