Elizabeth is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Professional Midwife (USA licensure only*), offering bodywork with the Oona team. Some of her additional training includes Maya abdominal massage, postpartum fitness, and the assessment and treatment of the young infant.
Elizabeth believes that all aspects of our lives contribute to our health. She favours simple, pleasurable, effective methods with the goal of empowerment, optimal health and education in mind.
Elizabeth feels honoured to share her knowledge and she looks forward to working with you.
