This 6-week series class is designed for parents to move their bodies in a safe and supportive environment with their child present.
Participants will learn postpartum-friendly exercises, breathing techniques and stretching.
They will learn to retrain their core and challenge themselves using a variety of equipment such as Pilates balls and mini bands.
Instructor Emily Mather @emilymatherfit will incorporate Pilates exercises into this low-impact class; Pilates focuses on strengthening all aspects of the body’s core.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
