Cost: $139+HST for 6 weeks (Drop-in for $28+HST)

Duration: 1 Hour / week for 6 weeks

Description

This six-week series focuses on core strength, posture, and gentle movement tailored to postpartum recovery. 

Work with Pilates instructor Emily Mather to rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and restore alignment in a supportive and baby-friendly environment. Each session incorporates postpartum-friendly exercises, breathing techniques, and stretching routines designed to gradually retrain your core and improve overall well-being. 

Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after childbirth, this class provides a safe and inclusive space to meet your fitness goals while bonding with your baby.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels!

When to take this class

Jump in whenever you feel ready after birth. While not required, a pelvic floor physiotherapy check is a great idea before beginning.
