Reconnect with your postpartum body in this gentle yoga class for parents and pre-mobile babies. This class combines calming movements and restorative poses to help you rebuild strength, relieve tension, and improve posture. Unique to this session, babies are welcomed to rest, play, or engage as you bond through shared moments (babies are not used as props during this class). Enjoy individualized attention in a supportive group setting designed to nurture both parent and child.
