Rana’s yoga journey began in 2009 and she became a certified yoga teacher in 2015. Yoga has helped her feel the mental and physical benefits it has to offer. It has reinforced her to find an inner peace and brought a greater joy to her life.
Rana hopes to help mothers to find balance through mind, body and breath while building a connection with their baby. She strives to make her classes fun while supporting important muscles which help prepare for labour and delivery.
When she is not teaching yoga, Rana enjoys creating handmade greeting cards and crafts. She is also a mother of a little boy.
