Sharon Nolan, is a Mindfulness teacher and coach and a mom of two girls. She loves skiing, going for coffee and spending time in nature with her kids.
Sharon is passionate about supporting parents to reduce stress, reactivity and find more moments of calm and connection with themselves and their kids.
She has developed this ‘Mindful Moments with baby’ program because this is a key stage in the parenting relationship and helping parents to be less stressed and more present during this period can have a deep impact on the health and wellbeing of the mother or birthing person and baby.
