This multi-week series class is designed specifically for pregnancy, for you to move your body in a safe way, while maintaining your core and preparing you for your birth.
This prenatal fitness class will combine pilates and low-impact (no bouncing) strength and toning exercises, using light weights, flex bands, and pilates balls.
Instructors Emily Mather @emilymatherfit and Amanda Caskie will incorporate Pilates exercises into this low-impact class; Pilates focuses on strengthening all aspects of the body’s core.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
