Join us for an in-person gentle parent/caregiver and baby yoga class or series – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Classes are one hour long, and limited to 8 participants per class. You will get individual attention, and make some new parent friends while you’re at it!
This class is suitable for parents and caregivers with pre-mobile babies (crawling and cruising is fine, but it’s not suitable for those with kiddos that are walking already as it can be difficult to wrangle them throughout the class!).
Babies are not used as props in class – they hang out/rest/snooze/etc. with you, in class, while you do your class.
