Description

Bringing home a new baby is a beautiful and transformative time—but let’s be honest, it also comes with a lot of questions and not a lot of sleep. If you’re wondering what’s normal, what’s not, and how to support better rest for everyone in your household, this in-person seminar is for you.

Led by compassionate experts who get it, this session will give you the tools and confidence to navigate your baby’s sleep with clarity and care.

What we’ll cover:

  • What to expect from newborn, infant, and baby sleep patterns
  • Wake windows, nap schedules, and how much sleep your baby really needs
  • Safe sleep basics: “Back is Best” and how to create a secure, calming sleep space
  • Dressing your baby for sleep and creating an ideal sleep environment
  • Navigating common hurdles like day/night confusion, short naps, and frequent wake-ups
  • Understanding the 4-month sleep regression and other developmental shifts
  • The link between feeding and sleep
  • Gentle, supportive strategies to encourage longer stretches of rest

Whether you’re hoping to make sense of your baby’s sleep rhythms, start building a bedtime routine, or simply feel more grounded and reassured— we’ve got you.

Join us for a warm, expert-led conversation that will leave you feeling informed, supported, and a little more ready for dreamland. Because when your baby sleeps better, so do you.
