We have all heard about our pelvic floor at some point! But what is it? And what impact does pregnancy and birth have on Your pelvic floor?

Come and learn the basics of pelvic floor health, taught by one of our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists!

We will provide you with prenatal exercises, labour tips, optimal pushing practices AND postnatal recovery tips.

This on-demand workshop is for anyone who is preparing for birth, whether it’s your first child or your fifth.

 

When to take this class

This class can be taken at any time during your pregnancy. There are a lot of great tips in the class that can be used throughout your entire pregnancy, so it’s never too early – or too late!
