The exhaustion and questions that come along with being a new parent, whether this is your first child or if you are already a parent. Whether this is your journey now, or it’s been a few years (or more!) since you’ve had your children, this premium membership is for you.

Oona+ Membership – What you get
As a valued member of Oona+, you’ll receive the following benefits for yourself and one child for the duration of your membership. If you have more than one child, you also have the option to purchase a membership add-on for your additional child(ren).

- YES – you can use your insurance for this!
If you have extended health insurance, you can still claim your discounted appointments and select classes (such as Baby Steps and Starting Solids)! We will help you directly bill your insurance company where possible or provide you with a receipt at the time of service or after the class showing the discounted value of the service. Please note: claims are processed based on the date of service, not the date of the membership purchase.
The discounted prices will allow you to stretch your insurance benefits, allowing you to use more of your insurance dollars.

Frequently Asked General Questions
You can still use your insurance to be reimbursed for your clinical services. Your insurance will reimburse you as each treatment is completed – we can submit to your insurer for you, or you can submit it yourself. Your insurance will not reimburse you at the time of your membership payment – you need to complete each service before reimbursement.
Absolutely not! Oona+ is for everyone. When you become a member, you will be able to take advantage of all the membership benefits. Basically it’s a built-in discount for services that you know you’re going to use anyway!
You can use discounts at any time as long you are still an active member.
There is a 3-month commitment for the membership and the first 3 months of payments are non-refundable. After the first 3 months, you can cancel your membership at any time prior to the next billing cycle by sending an email to hello@oonacares.com.
Absolutely! When you check out you can specify the name of the person you are buying this membership for.
