Cachelle has been practicing yoga for nearly two decades, and what began as personal exploration grew into a passion she couldn’t help but share.
The founder of Collective Being Yoga and Wellness, she has spent over a decade teaching yoga, facilitating sound baths, and offering reiki and energy work through events, workshops, and private sessions. With over 1,000 hours of training and specialty certifications in prenatal yoga and yin yoga, her practice is both deeply rooted and continually evolving.
Her prenatal training is especially close to her heart – studied before conceiving her own children, it became a profound support through her home births and a living reminder of just how powerful this practice can be.
Above all, Cachelle believes yoga is for every body. Her classes offer a safe, welcoming space to explore, move, and come home to yourself.
