Ash is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse with a passion for supporting families in York Region. She volunteers with local groups like the York Region Infant Feeding Coalition and La Leche League Canada to improve health literacy and is dedicated to helping parents navigate their infant feeding journeys with personalized, evidence-based care.
Ash specializes in challenging feeding cases, working patiently to find solutions and empower families to feel confident in their feeding choices, whether it’s breast/chest/body feeding, relactation, supplementing, or weaning. She’s committed to creating a safe and supportive space for every family she works with.
Outside of her work, Ash lives in Newmarket with her partner of 20 years, their two children, and their dog, Rookie. When she’s not helping families, you might find her at the park, on the rugby pitch, or volunteering at her kids’ schools.
