This class is held either Online OR In-person, but not both at once! Be sure to carefully verify your format and location when you register.
You may be asking yourself “How do I practice CPR if it’s online”. Good question. We will have everyone bring a teddy bear with them and the camera will move to you one by one so we can see how you’re doing with it. Also, we will provide an opportunity for you to come into the clinic once we are up and running again to practice your skills if you’d like to.
What we cover in the Infant CPR & Family Safety workshop:
- Head Injuries
Do you know what to do if your child chokes or stops breathing? Or if they get heat stroke? How about if they get a deep cut, or other injury? This class covers all of that and more.
This interactive 2.5 hour workshop taught by firefighter and dad of 3, Kevin Tsang, is geared for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of infants, toddlers and small children.
This class is designed for those who don’t require full training but would love to have some life saving skills should an emergency arise.
What Participants Are Saying About This Class:
“A note to thank you for such a worthwhile, relevant presentation on Thursday evening.
We attended, as upcoming first-time grandparents, with our daughter and her husband. After taking copious notes, we had lots to talk about afterwards.
We feel so much better prepared, and confident, for “life” after your teachings.
You have a very reassuring, knowledgeable manner in your presentation style. Thanks for that too!”
