What Parents Are Saying: “We took this class with Vera and it was amazing! It helped us feel confident and empowered going into our first birth. Vera was informative, funny, and really helped us feel at ease.” – Derek

When to take this class

We recommend completing the course around week 32-38 of pregnancy. Taking it too early may mean forgetting key details by the time labour begins. Since first babies often arrive past their due date, finishing too soon might not be ideal.

We recommend choosing the one childbirth education series that feels like the best fit for you. Taking more than one can feel like information overload, so we suggest sticking with the one that resonates best with you.
