Emily is a certified pre and postnatal yoga instructor and a trained birth and postpartum doula whose teaching is rooted in expression, mindfulness, and self-discovery. She believes yoga is a powerful way to nurture connection, to self, to baby, and to community, through the profound transition of motherhood.
Passionate about creating supportive spaces for mothers and families, Emily offers classes where parents can move, breathe, and simply be witnessed at every stage of their journey. She feels deeply honoured to walk alongside families during such a tender and transformative time, bringing compassion, grounding, and gentle guidance to every class she leads.
When she’s not working with new and expecting families, Emily loves to spend time in the kitchen exploring new recipes and being outside in nature with her dog.
