Leasa first completed her 200hr RYT certification in 2015. She continued her education once moving back to Toronto to include Prenatal Teacher Training (RPYT), under the guidance of Sasha Padron. Her teaching style has been described as calming and meditative with some challenging poses added in to heat things up. Her classes take you through a combination of prana and asanas to help open and align your chakras, allowing energy to flow through our bodies, optimizing our physical and mental alignment and encouraging spiritual growth.
