Mindful Moments: Mindfulness Series for new moms/parents

Duration: 1 Hour / week for 6 weeks

This week program for mom/parent and baby that will help you reduce stress, anxiety and find more moments of ease and connection with yourself and your baby.

In this series you will be introduced to mindfulness, self-compassion and positive psychology tools and strategies to help support you on your journey through motherhood and deal with the challenges of parenting and life.
You will learn to be more present with your own experience, quieten your inner critic and deeper and deepen your connection with your baby
No previous mindfulness experience is necessary.
The Mindful Moments with Baby classes are best suited to those with babes in arms and pre-mobile babies.

When to take this class

This is a postnatal class; feel free to join anytime after your baby is born.  We’d love to see you.  ❤️
