Please join EFT/Tapping Practitioner Safire Naranjo as she walks you through what EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is, how it is used, and leads everyone through a group tap. The aim of this workshop is to give you the tools to come away with the ability to use tapping on yourself during times of stress and anxiety. Tapping is a safe, effective, and easy to use method of calming the nervous system and creating a sense of safety within the body.
