Description

This multi-week series class is designed specifically for pregnancy, for you to move your body in a safe way, while maintaining your core and preparing you for your birth.
This prenatal fitness class will combine pilates and low-impact (no bouncing) strength and toning exercises, using light weights, flex bands, and pilates balls.
Instructors Emily Mather @emilymatherfit and Amanda Caskie will incorporate Pilates exercises into this low-impact class; Pilates focuses on strengthening all aspects of the body’s core.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

When to take this class

Feel free to take this class at any time during your pregnancy, whether you’re in your first trimester, or very close to your due date.  This class is suitable for all levels at any stage of pregnancy.
